1) Firelizard flights will not be rp'd in any formal fashion. If you wish to rp one, be our guest, but this will not ensure you a clutch, and there will be no formal system in place for firelizard flights.
2) Wher runs and dragon flights will be rp'd. However, with greens, it can be assumed that they are flying and running more often than is rp'd. Remember that a green flies or runs as much as four times per turn, which means that in the average Weyr of 500 dragons, roughly 1/2 of whom are green, there are an average of two to three green flights per day.
3) If a flight or run results in a viable clutch (because although green whers clutch, their clutches tend to be small and often contain duds, meaning not all of their clutches will be viable, which will here be used as a method of population control), the administration will contact the player of the clutching dragon or wher with the number of eggs and, in the case of a dragon clutch, whether or not the clutch contains a gold egg. This contact will be received at the end of the gestation period. For whers, this means within one week of the run, real time. For dragons, this means within two weeks of the flight, real time. The mother may then make a clutching post.
4) Before your dragon may fly or your wher may run, you must post in the flight and run request thread to receive a date from the administration.
5) No flight or run should last longer than one week, real time. If it does, the administration will step in and end it.
