Valshir Hold still tithes to Bivium and (grudgingly) provides candidates when called for, but there is no question that the quality of tithes has been dropping, of late. Located at the shoreline, Valshir is a port Hold, known for both its steady trade with the mainland and the resources brought in by its numerous fishing trawlers.
