The Sands
The hatching sands of Bivium Weyr run to the smaller end, compared to those of Eastern and Western Weyrs, but are still large and spacious enough to fit even a decently sized clutch and its mother, although a big enough one would likely crowd the sands. Seating surrounds the sands for visitors and observing riders, and the bowl, candidate barracks, kitchens, lower caverns, and wher chambers all emerge into the sands, allowing swift, easy access in the event of a hatching.
