As you all can see, we have two admins total and one moderator. Briarwind, Rowanstone and myself. If you want to know who's who, there is a listing to the left of this page near the bottom.
However, all of us are very avid rpers and we love what a good rp can bring. Unfortunately, this means that the site has to have a few set of rules that are important to keeping us going and to make sure everyone is aware that we are treating each other on completely equal footing.
1) You are responsible for whatever's in the rules. This includes the Art policy and the Character rules. Saying 'I didn't know' doesn't work, because..well, they're all posted anyways.
2) Explicit language is always a touchy subject. We understand that sometimes it just slips out and you can't help yourself. We do it too! So, we will make leeway for its use...its sparing use... in the c-box for example. But your characters should be using Pernese curses, and so excessive swearing will be reprimanded. Also, any IC swearing will be reprimanded. They don't have the words on Pern, so why would they appear there?
3) If there is a problem, bring it to one of us and we'll see what we can do. You can go to any of us and we'll see if we can't fix the problem. None of us are specific over any certain purview, and that's to make sure you have a good broad area to go to.
4) To avoid repeating myself, make sure you keep up to date on what is where. When there is an update anywhere with the rules or policies themselves, we will let you know. We won't hit you out of the blue with anything and again, if you have questions, feel free to ask.
5) Again, as I've written elsewhere, just have fun! We're a very easy going set, and the rules are really only there because we have seen things like this occur in the past and we want to avoid it.
Breaking these rules will result in a warning the first time. If it occurs again, suspension from the site followed by a ban for a third offence is there. We want this place to be a fun, amazing area to have fun and enjoy what each person has to bring.
