Syreaka blinked up at D'skel in surprise. That smile was more of a smile than she'd seen out of him in many turns, whether afar or up close. It surprised the woman more than anything else, and there was some sort of pleasure with herself that welled up deep inside of herself in response due to seeing it. She smiled brightly up at him, as though she couldn't quite keep that way from occuring. One smile beget another, she supposed, and Deltra crooned loudly in response. The woman nodded to D'skel and picked up the pots once more, "Thank you, D'skel." With that, she watched him walk away, her heart thumping a bit in her chest as she walked to the fireplace, setting the eggs down softly against the heart before preparing herself for bed. If anything, the man was right. She needed sleep, if nothing else.
